I’m trying to make some Portuguese soup today, Caldo Verde. Caldo
Verde is both Potuguese and Spanish for “Green
Soup,” so I have some idea how it should come out looking….
The recipe says it goes well with dark beer, so I’ve got some of that
chilling.

That’ll be after heading to check out a new, big-box liquor store near
us, Specs; I’m running dangerously, dangerously low ;-) on
Applejack.
